Every 2 week sprint, we revised user experience from different touch points, and also built new flows without disrupting the overall theme.

Working in a big team and rotating between small teams once in a while gave me the chance to experience many aspects of creating user experiences in the fintech field.
One of the things I appreciate the most is learning how to be a team player, collaborating with the POs, the design system team, and my fellow UX/UI teammates. There were misalignments, ideas that lacked context and user data, and assumptions that led to extra work. But I’m grateful I was able to learn from these mistakes to avoid them in the future and work more effectively.
Bigger isn’t always better. This project also helped me get comfortable with reading design documents, following design system guidelines, and, most importantly, understanding the value of utilizing components for a clean, scalable, and easy-to-maintain design system instead of constantly creating new ones.
Although it wasn’t my main task, I got to learn and try something new: defect checking and creating illustrations, which was kinda fun, especially learning how to create illustrations from scratch with the help of my teammate!
